"I brought Mesmerize Media on board to make some significant functional enhancements to [Moen's internal help desk] application. The most significant of which was the development of 'IT change control' capability...which allows IT to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
This work was highly complex and involved direct interaction with SAP CTS technology and the SAP ABAP developers. Some key examples of Mesmerize Media's major accomplishments are:

Creation of various workload and performance reports
